DropShipper module helps to capture the customer order and transfer the order to the vendor directly. The vendor ships the goods to the customer based on the provided shipping details on behalf of the store owner. It streamlines communication between on- line stores and vendors or dropshippers, allowing you to track orders and shipments handled by the vendor..

2   Are there any annual contracts?

Yes, there is an annual subscription based plan.

3   What type of payments do you accept?

We accept payments through Visa, Master Card, Discovery and American Express. We will not accept any telephone orders.

4   Can we check the demo for the module?

5   How do I cancel my subscription?

To cancel the subscription, please click the “Unsubscribe” button in your account settings.

6   Do you have any subscription cancellation fees?

We will not charge any fee for cancelling your subscription. You can cancel it by informing us 15 days before the end of current billing cycle.

7   What is your refund policy?

Since Dropshipper module offers intangible products, we will refund only if you substantiate the issues of the module
